JK Fitness Testing offers a number of options in relation to testing: ramp test, functional threshold power test, power profile and fatigue profile test. A ramp test will be done on your own bike connected to a Wahoo Kickr. Power, heart rate and blood lactate levels will be tested. Results will be recorded and graphed on computer for analysis and printing. Whether you are working with a coach or working alone, testing is vital to show if your training is actually working and to remove the guesswork. Training in the correct zones is vital for improving.
