Learning always takes place at every moment during the lifetime of your dog. Human morality of "good" and "evil", "right" and "wrong" does not apply to dogs . Remember too, the dog does nothing for the love of his owner. Nevertheless, he gains trust within the family unit and would like to please his owner, because he hopes that this would be an advantage for him, the safety, security and food etc. means this is his natural behavior and it insures a better life for him.
