It was not just that Dean to took care of them – Network issues and cleaning up my laptop – but was so accommodating and professional. "I wanted to send you a note regarding the excellent support I just received.

I called ITS Services this morning inquiring about help finding a missing archive that has affected us since earlier this year. My group works with the Government and there are very strict regulations regarding record retention.

Dean very quickly provided me a link to access my missing archives and offered to walk me through it if necessary. I know this is his job, but he was so very professional and calming and I wanted to take the time to recognize him.

I have shared the link with the rest of my team and I know they all thank you as well!
