Ishita Sangra - Psychotherapist and Counsellor

I am a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I work with a wide range of issues such as early loss, trauma, Adults with history of childhood abuse; sexual and otherwise.
I specialise in Couples and Relationship therapy and Domestic Abuse. I employ integrative approach that is grounded in Person Centered principles and draws from Psycho dynamic, Systemic and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
After working in the field of Telecommunication and IT industry for 10 years I decided to pursue her passion and decided to study psychotherapy. I have over 12 years of experience working with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds, seeking help for a great range of issues and problems. In that time I have earned the reputation of being able to provide an atmosphere of safety, respect and optimism for the capacity to overcome difficulties.
