Hillcrest Holistic is a Holistic business which Focuses on providing Tools and Techniques which Empower the client to Heal from Within in order to Live to their Highest Potential.
Based in East Cork, Hillcrest Holistic is run by husband and wife holistic therapist team and Reiki Masters Aidan and Fiona O Brien.
The Complementary Therapies and Workshops we offer assist the client to Reduce Stress in their lives, Change Addictive Behaviours and Reverse Negative Thought Patterns and emotional blocks all of which can have negative effects on their physical and emotional health.

Aidan and Fiona also teach Reiki Level 1 to Master Level in the Usui/Tibetan system of healing. We also facilatate holistic workshops on various topics such as Personal Empowerment, Balancing Mind, Body and Spirit, Spiritual Awakening, Stress Reduction and Angel Card Interpretation.
