Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine used to treat illnesses and aid well-being. It has been practised in China for thousands of years. It is still in general use today and its use has grown worldwide.

Very fine acupuncture needles are inserted into acupuncture points – activating the flow of “qi” and stimulating your body’s healing responses.

All needles used are CE marked, single use, single point needles. All are sterile, disposable and are never reused.

Acupressure is a needle-free pressure manipulation of acupuncture points to stimulate the flow of qi, again to assist the body’s healing responses.
