I am passionate about living a life as close to natural ways as possible yet embracing modern living. I teach pilates and hold an advanced dIploma in pilates mat work. I studied facial exercises with Eva Fraser in London. I have studied meditation with Deepak Chopra and trained as a primordial sound meditation instructor. I have recently studied as a living food instructor with the Irish herbalist society.
