Heal To Toe Reflexology

I'm a fully qualified Reflexologist gaining a Distinction in Level 3 Diploma Reflexology.
Having completed over 100 recorded reflexology treatments on clients, this practical experience along with my knowledge and qualifications in Anatomy and Physiology of the body has lead me to become Competent and Professional Reflexologist.

I'm a registered Full Membership (MAR), with the leading Professional Body the Association of Reflexologist (AOR). AOR promote the highest standards of training for reflexology practitioner.

Having previously studied at University of Ulster gaining degree in BSc Hons in Applied Psychology, I've worked as past 10 years with wide variety of individuals including Special Needs, Autism, Mental Health concerns, and those suffering from stress and anxieties.

My interest in Reflexology grew from having Personally receiving and experiencing the Benefits of having Reflexology treatments.
This curiosity lead me to research and furthermore studying and training to become a qualified Reflexologist.

This along with my work in supporting individuals in health and social care has lead me to pursue a career in Reflexology, were I feel I can combine my work experience and offer a treatment to individuals to help enhance well-being and promote relaxation.

I'm confident that using a combination of reflexology techniques can help release any energy Imbalances and blockages to help relief tensions both Physical and Emotional. This to promote Positive Well-being and Natural Healing of the Body and Mind.
