I lost 4.5 stone 11 years ago and have kept it off and will forever. I eat a balanced diet, don’t over gorge but deny myself very little, everything in moderation is the only way to sustain any kind of benefit.

I also have an underactive thyroid. So have a very slow natural motabilism, and I am medication free.

I have a number of clients who have come off cholesterol/thyroid/arthritis meds as a result of training just an hour a week but working correctly and safely.

“Weight loss?” I had 2 clients loose over 5 stone last year. And many more meeting their goals.

“Toneing?” Abs are made in the kitchen… not the gym. You can build the muscle base yes but without cleaning up your food your going to see strength & health improvement yes but maybe not the body you want to look at.

Even international athletes need week to week pushes about foods!

“But I’m too unfit, too old, past it?” My eldest client is 94! And I have at least a dozen over retirement age.

Resistance training increases bone density (osteoporosis) and improves blood flow (arthritis/cholesterol etc) increases flexibility and control (parkinsons and other issues) it also increases lung capacity (cystic fybrosis) and helps with fertility treatment success.

I also specialise in injury rehab. Recoveries from knee/hip/back/shoulder issues, a risk free way of someone assisting your recovery so you know you won’t hurt yourself and get yourself back doing what you love without pain, or at least as close as I can get you.

The system focuses on the muscles.. not the joints, so very good for teen pre weight lifting programs or treating chronic hypermobility.
