Foyle Pride Festival

FOYLE PRIDE 2016 -

The newly elected committee say they want to build on the success of last year’s festival and make it ‘bigger and better’ for 2016. Foyle Pride has always been a success and that success is the result of many people coming together as volunteers to deliver for the LGBTQ community in Derry/LDerry. This year will be no different.

Last year saw more than 7000 people attend the Foyle Pride festival. The organisers predict that this year, there will be even more.

"Foyle Pride 2013 was a brilliant success. It was fantastic to see so many people in our city to help celebrate our LGBTQ community. Pride is a celebration of the LGBTQ community, Pride offers us the opportunity to acknowledge and support our LGBTQ community. Foyle Pride is an important celebration of the LGBT culture within our city. This year we want to make Pride bigger and better and hope that all of the Derry/L Derry and the wider community will come out and support us.”
