A passion for good food, coupled with a deep belief in its power as a method for restoring and preserving health, is my daily inspiration at FooDee.

My food philosophy is straightforward - eat a variety of SIMPLE, REAL, WHOLEFOODS. Food should be celebrated and I encourage people to enjoy eating without a sense of loss or deprivation, and to appreciate the true tastes of good food. My rounded philosophy borrows from many disciplines including mental wellbeing, sports and exercise, mindfulness, nutrition, and self-care.

I work with a variety of clients on an individual basis, tailoring realistic, achievable, lifestyle-sensitive plans that sees them realise their health goals and maintain them in the future. My experience includes digestive issues, intolerances/allergies, weight loss, pre/post pregnancy, weaning your child, fussy eaters and teen guidance.

I will work with you to help you learn to love and nurture your body through food, and to achieve astonishing success, creating nutritious and delicious meals with minimal effort.

I am a qualified Nutrition & Health Coaching (BTEC Adv Diploma) and final year Nutritional Therapy student with the IINH, awarding body Crossfields Institute. I am a member of NTOI.
