Fitness Fusion Gymnasium

FITNESS FUSION classes focus on building strength, and cardiovascular fitness, improving mobility and movement patterns as well as performance enhancement. We cater for all abilities, from the beginner to the elite athlete. We are passionate about making fitness and health accessible and fun for all. We incorporate a healthy eating program into our classes periodically and on request. All our classes emphasise correct form and alignment and our dynamic warm-ups are heavily influenced by Vinyasa Yoga. We now have classes based in both North and South Sligo - so please see our timetable for locations and times and give Fitness Fusion a try - we guarantee you will go home with a smile!
