Niall's Physical Training

Niall is a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Sports Coach who has worked in the industry for a number of years. Having graduated from I.T. Tralee with a BSc Honours Degree in Health & Leisure (Fitness Professional) he learned from some of the top fitness and sports coaches in Ireland.
He's worked as a Head Strength and Conditioning coach for Rugby Union and GAA teams at various ages and levels and has worked and achieved success with novice golfers, senior hurlers, young people and even clients training for physical exams with the emergency services such as the Gardai.
