When I'm not hand dyeing, spinning and messing about with wonderful local fibre, I get to mother 4 amazing kids, 14, 11,10, and 6. I have a small holding here in West Cork and I admit to a Poultry obsession.
The hand dying is something I have done since I was a child, and then as an adult just got bored with what is on offer in most shops, so I've joined the ranks of Ireland's vibrant indi dyer scene. I love to work with cotton and silk, but will happily customise a special wool stash just for you.
