Our background is firmly in industry having worked for a number of multinationals over the years. We found, when we were hiring, that many agencies didn’t have the business and technical background to short list quality candidates for us hence eFlexes was born.
We spend the majority of our time talking … talking to clients to see what they need and what type of employee would fit in with their company and existing team; and talking to candidates to see what they are looking for and more importantly what they can offer our clients that is unique and sets them apart from everyone else.
