Durkan Ecofix is a new subsidiary of the Durkan Residential Group, its director's combine over 40 years of building experience in both Ireland and the UK. We have combined experience with a dedicated and reliable team to deliver an outstanding retrofit service.

We have carried out our own internal pilot retrofitting R&D projects in the greater Dublin Market. We have engaged a number of suppliers to gather a qualitative range of products that both significantly reduce the housing energy requirements and therefore costs by up to 67%, and also ensure the most comfortable and healthy living environment possible for the client. Each home is individual, however, we can tailor a range of products to best meet the clients budgets and energy reduction requirements. We will then install the products as a single service with a professional team and after sales.
