Eco Advocacy

Eco Advocacy was founded by Kieran Cummins in order to fill a void in enforcement of environmental/ planning law.
Kieran had for many years previously being actively campaigning to have existing laws enforced. After much frustration at slow progress, he formed the opinion that the only way to do this was to get an NGO up and running which had a legal remit to seek recourse to the courts.
IN England, Client Earth fulfils a similar and very necessary role, pursuing such matters through the courts and with the European authorities.
