Our design work focuses on the creative reuse and extension of existing buildings, historic properties and landscapes.

WE believe in the beauty and value of old buildings and specialise in restoring them, while adding quirky and modern extensions, bringing buildings full of historic character into the 21st century.

Established in 2007, Drake|Hourigan is an RIAI Registered, Conservation Grade II, architectural practice based in Limerick. Our work takes us to all parts of the country and currently we are working on projects in Limerick, Dublin, Cork, Clare, Tipperary and Sligo.

With special expertise in the design and delivery of community and school projects, historic building restoration and extension, private dwellings, landscape and garden design, our track record speaks for itself.
