Diwali Restaurant

Diwali means festival of lights and this Indian eaterie returns once again to South Great Georges Street. This is a very simple no-frills Dublin restaurant that serves both lunch and dinner. Diwali gives diners a choice of three menus including an Early Bird menu.
The lunch menu is available from Monday to Friday. Lunches at Diwali include Starters, Main Courses and Tea/Coffee. The set price for lunch is €9.99. The starters are a colourful assortment of appetisers cooked throughout India. Main courses includes usual Indian dishes such as Masala and Korma, as well as cooked lamb and veggie dishes.
The Diwali Early Bird is served between 5.30pm-7.30pm. It's much the same deal as lunch two courses plus tea/coffee. But as it's an evening meal, this time it costs €16.99.
The A La Carte has a very impressive and much larger selection of dishes. There are over fifteen different starters to choose from. The main courses are separated into different sections including "All Time Favourites", Regional Delicacies , Biryani and Vegetarian.
Diwali main focus is to bring diners as much of the flavours and exotic spices to their menu from different parts of India as possible. Diwali is a relaxed Dublin restaurant bringing together a mixed management of talented and experienced staff from other successful Indian restaurants.
