Darren Quinn - Counselling, Mindfulness & Wellbeing

I am a fully qualified & accredited counsellor, holding a Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, awarded by HETAC in 2012. I am a member of APCP (Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists) since 2015.

Over the last 2 years I have worked predominantly in the area of Addiction counselling, while I do have professional experience in working with people suffering from anxiety, depression and grief & loss.
I have extensive experience in :

Group Education,
Counselling including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Reality Therapy and Motivation Interviewing,
& Mindfulness

It is my intention that by offering a safe, comfortable and non-judgemental space where one can allow their thoughts, feelings and emotions to be expressed and explored freely, they will come to a place where they can accept themselves fully and begin moving towards living the life they want to live.
