Hot and Cold Stone energy therapy is the application of Geo-Thermal therapy through the use of deep penetrating heated stones alternated with chilled stones to instigate a chemical release within the body’s systems.

In conjunction to different temperatures Chakra stones are placed under and on the body to rebalance the body’s points of power to assist the body in regaining its natural equilibrium and healing power.
