Creative Dance Expression

I want to inspire people to recognise GRACE in movement in gentle exercise, in Creative Dance, in historic and social styles, in improvisation and inspired by sacred atonement. Adults who want to move and mobilise to strengthen core/ tendons/ spirit/ muscles/ joi-de-vivre/ hope/ friendships/ and to explore dance are welcome to like this page. I can support and help you give dance classes and I can offer classes to schools (QTLS/ DBS certified) , nurseries, parent groups, after-school clubs, WI's, elderly groups (QTLS/ DBS), wedding groups, etc. I can offer led step dances, and ways into liberating improvisation. Also I am part of a small performance troupes who collaborate with musicians to give spirited entertainment and workshops...involving music styles from around the world and co-operative games.For schools there are Dance frameworks that emphasises learning of Maths, CDT PSHE, Geography and so on.

Also available to lead classes for all ages from nursery and children's groups to encourage creativity and collective enjoyment of a higher spirit.
I can run classes for less active adults, all welcome to gently mobilise and strengthen through dance with lovely music. Those classes are seated optionally for wheelchair friendly venues
