Cork 0 to 100

This is a Photography project to capture the legends of Cork!! I hope to get a portrait of a girl & a guy, for every year, aged 0 to 100 (and beyond if they're game!) Please contact me if you want to be a certain year - or nominate an interesting Cork character!! The photos will be portrait of individuals anywhere in Cork City and County. At a favourite location, in the house, at work (with employers permission), even hospitals, churches, airports, etc!

There aren't many "rules" but the main one is that all the people need to be living in Cork City or County.
Also, due to demand etc, only one portrait will be taken/used per family.

Terms & Conditions ° ° ° ° ° ° ° ° °

The following terms and conditions are applicable to all those who willingly take part in the Cork 0 to 100 photography project and complete the release form by signature.

I, hereby grant the photographer*, (and legal representatives, agents, successors, or assigns) permissions to use my likeness in photographs, or any part thereof in any and all publications, website entries, social media, competition submissions, or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the photographer and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorise the photographer to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, compete with, publish, or distribute the photographs for the purposes of publicising the photographs or collection of photographs for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written text, hard copy or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or any other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the photographer, legal representatives, agents, successors, or assigns, from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorisation.

*For the purposes of this agreement "the photographer" refers to all persons and companies of Carol Murphy, "Carol Murphy", "Carol Murphy Photography", "Carriem Photo-of-the-day", "Cork 0 to 100", "Little Fish Photography" and all other current and future photography projects and companies
