Coach House Lodge B&B is a 200 year old renovated farmhouse with a unique adjoining coach house and offers the highest elevated views you can get anywhere in Lahinch! The Atlantic coastline around Liscannor Bay is right in front of you and on clear evenings you may experience one of those spectacular sunsets the West Clare coast is famous for.

The setting is also one with an amazing history - it was not only a coach station from where Lahinch was supplied with milk but also one of the most famous incidents in the Clare history was planned in the old coach house, the Rineen Ambush [more...]

Many of our comfortable guest rooms offer gorgeous sea views. We offer accommodation with or without continental and Irish breakfast. Our facilities include a guest lounge with comfortable leather furniture as well as a private BBQ area overlooking the sea. We also offer a variety of other services with a hair dresser, a beautician and a masseuse in house.

Lahinch is a friendly seaside resort with a long sandy beach, strand promenade, aquarium, good restaurants, cafes and a variety of shops. The famous Cliffs of Moher are only a 10 Minutes drive away.

Lahinch also offers plenty of activities. Golfers have a choice of two links courses in walking distance, the Atlantic coast offers great fishing opportunities for anglers, bathers and surfers find excellent conditions. A very famous surf spot is just beyond the house and surfers can spot the surfing conditions from their rooms before getting ready! There's a dry area for wet suits in our house.

Other popular activities in our area include sea kayaking, diving, bird watching, walking & hiking in the Burren. Riders among our guests may use our private horse riding track.
