All our staff are fully trained fitness instructors who have vast experience in the fitness industry. All our Personal Trainers are highly experienced and have a proven track record in getting not just the results you want, but even more.

Our staff just don't sit behind a desk and wait for you to ask them questions. Our staff come to you!! We like to talk to our members to see how they are getting on, to see if they would like some tips on their workout programme and to just have the "banter".

We have all the latest cardio equipment such as treadmills, bikes, steppers and cross trainers, all with built in TV's. Our extensive range of free weights, benches and plate loaded strength equipment will satisfy anybodys needs from weight training beginners to serious body builders. We also have an array of Elite Performance fitness equipment for all our sporting enthusiasts.

Our 3 state-of-the-art class studios offer: Les Mills Body Pump,TRX, Spinning for beginners & advanced, Box Active, Circuit Training, Kettlebells, 30/30, Abb Blast, Step Aerobics, Bums Tums & Thighs & Kids Active.
