Clara Ladies Gaelic Football Club

Our football club came together from humble beginnings in 2012 with the formation of Clara Gaelic for Mothers and Others. The success of this initiative led to many of those involved in the Mothers rolling out a Gaelic 4 Girls programme in 2013. Girls came together from Clara, Gowran and Paulstown and the highlight of this year was the girls taking part in the National Blitz in Croke Park. The Mothers were the driving force in establishing and maintaining what is today a formidable Ladies Gaelic Football Club. The club continues to grow year on year catering for everyone from complete beginners to inter county players.
