We will give you a toolbox of practical skills that will enable you to relax, think more clearly about your difficulties and develop effective strategies to solve them quickly.

How long will it take?

No two people are the same, but the aim of Human Givens therapy is to provide positive changes from the very first session and to take as few sessions as possible. The average number of sessions is between four and six sessions.

How much does it cost?
