Our programmes are designed to make it as easy and as fun as possible, to fit a great cardiovascular workout into your busy lifestyle. Experience's last around 60 minutes and include climbs, descents, fast paced action and hard hitting music to inspire, motivate and get the adrenaline pumping while challenging the body and relaxing the mind.

No expense has been spared in the fit out of our brand new state of the art theatre style studio which house the Keiser M3 award-winning, third-generation, indoor bikes. We really have pulled out all the stops for you to enjoy your experience with us and we have no doubt that you will leave feeling exhilarated and wanting more.

CADENCE is designed to be a social and comfortable venue where you can catch up and chat with your friends after an intense work out. We have a great lounge area with comfortable seating for you to relax where you can enjoy our smoothie bar serving beautiful, fresh fruit and vegetable drinks as well as other refreshments.
