Nice to virtually meet you! I am the Owner & Trainer at Boogie Bounce Xtreme Dublin.

Get ready for my Boogie Bounce Xtreme Disco Fitness programme to lead you to a happier, healthier, more vibrant lifestyle. My disco lights, fantastic routines and funky music makes the 50minute class fly by!
I believe that your health is your wealth, so whatever your fitness level, I will help you achieve your personal goals. Boogie Bounce is for all shapes and sizes and by taking part in my enjoyable fun routines you will be improving your cardiovascular performance as well as toning up those problem areas!
Lets face it, we all like to express our inner child from time to time and there is no better way than boogie bouncing on a trampoline!
