Our kettlebell fitness programs have been developed over the last 4 years, with a combination of mobility, flexibility and body weight exercises, we find participates progress very quickly with our very thorough teaching program. This class is a great way to tone up, get fit, build strength and increase your endurance & flexibility.
The wonderful thing about kettlebell training is that we can cater for all levels of fitness and for both men and women. Group workouts are very easily adapted to each individual’s needs, so while you may be training with different weight's or at a different intensity you still get the enjoyment and camaraderie of training with others in a group setting.
