The pregnancy yoga classes are safe and beneficial during pregnancy from 14 weeks right up until the birth.
Gentle movements release tension and strengthen the body and are suitable for all levels of fitness and those with or without previous experience of yoga.
Breathing techniques sooth and calm the mind. These movements and breathing practices can be used during pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. The classes provide an opportunity to meet other women at the same life stage and share experiences.
Antenatal birth preparation classes aim to prepare and give confidence to couples for birth. Both group and private sessions are available. Private sessions are accommodated on my premises or in the couple's home. This may be convenient for those with older children and save childminding arrangements
