The Back to Education Initiative (BTEI) provides FREE part-time Further Education programmes for young people and adults who satisfy the eligibility criteria. The primary aim is to give those with less than leaving certificate standard of education (or equivalent i.e. a Major Award @ QQI Level 4) an opportunity to combine a return to learning with family, work and other responsibilities.
