Annette Carey Counselling & Psychotherapy

As a general trained IACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Annette works with a broad range of issues for adults and couples. Examples include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, anger, male and female experience of domestic violence/emotional abuse, self-esteem/personal development, career/work/bullying/unemployment, redundancy, retirement issues, alcohol and other substance misuse. Annette is a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist, with twenty five years’ experience in managerial and patient services roles in two major Dublin Hospitals. Qualifications include a Diploma and a Degree (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. In addition to being listened to, understood and supported, Annette offers you a choice of therapy models including CBT, Reality Therapy, Working with Art, Drama, Poetry, Spirituality, or Solution Focused therapy.
