Affinity Credit Union Limited is governed by a volunteer, unremunerated Board of Directors of 9 members, elected at the Annual General Meeting. Every member over the age of 16 who holds a minimum of €10.00 in shares is eligible to vote at the A.G.M.

The credit union is managed by a professional management team and staff.
