28 days to a healthier, fitter you. Catering for all ages and abilities.
Classes start on the 6th of July, 6 days per week, morning and evening, for 28 days. 13 sessions per week. €50 for unlimited sessions or €8 per session.
Classes include: Strength, Tone up, Core, Fitness (running & bike), Weights sessions and TRX.
Venues for classes vary from Dunshaughlin, Curraha, Skryne and Ratoath. A text will be sent each week to confirm venues for the week.
