Waterford Institute of Technology Food Energy & Sustainability Forum

This page is about a Food Energy & Sustainability forum that will be taking place on Tuesday the 25th of March 2014 in the Tourism and Leisure Building of Waterford Institute of Technology's Cork Road Campus.

Registration will begin at 8.30am in the Atrium, and the Forum will run all day.

The Forum will feature several guest speakers, including Michael Kelly of Grow It Yourself, Professor John Nolan of WIT and Tom Griffin of Hidden Mind. The opening address will be presented by Mr. Ray Cullen BA Hosp. Ed. MIHI, Head of Department (Languages, Tourism and Hospitality), the day will be hosted by the Students of the Diploma in Restaurant Management course, under the direction of Mrs. Jacinta Greene-Beatty.
