VL Restaurant is a dedicated Fine Dining Room within Vaughan Lodge Hotel. We open seasonally from April to October and serve dinner from 6.30pm to 9.00pm from Tuesday to Saturday.
John Gilmartin is the chef and we present classic food with a modern twist. Seafood is at the heart of the menu but we also serve excellent meats and poultry.
The menu changes with availability and the seasons and is priced around €45.00 per person.
We prefer to have reservations in advance as we limit our dining numbers each evening to ensure best service and quality
