Total Hurling Workshop

Our Total Hurling workshop will provide aspiring hurlers to get an insight into the requirements of a G.A.A player aswell as provide the specific training and professional advice necessary to take your skills to the next level. The camp includes specific hurling drills for forwards and backs, strength and conditioning advice from the current Tipp instructor Lukasz Kirserkenstein. Also an injury prevention clinic will be given by former Tipp and Munster rugby physio John Casey.
