The Secret Bar Manager

Here at the secret bar manager we have a team of bar managers who can help you manage your bar. We send in a 'secret shopper' to review your bar and staff. We can also arrange for a trial bartender to do a weeks work in your bar to help you identify any problems you may have behind the bar. As a team of people who have actually worked and managed bars we know what to be looking for. And if there is a specific problem you need reviewed we can concentrate our time to that.
