In 1995 Steps of Rome opened its door on Chatham street bringing the Italian cusine in Dublin to another level.
It was set up as a small family run place, the one you typically find in Italy: with mamma, Silvana at the cooking grill/oven mastering and cooking the secret recipes she only carry from her mother and grandmother; with Fabio mastering the pizza secrets; with papa, Luigi at the front of the house, chatting, greeting and drinking wine with the customers; with Federica serving and waitressing and looking after all customers...
With family roots in the south of Italy, they brought to Steps a huge variety of meat dishes, pizzas and pastas.
