Starbucks is a corporate killer of small cafes in Ireland and does not pay taxes in Ireland!
The Irish arm of coffee giant Starbucks brewed up impressive pre-tax profits of €745,707 in 2013 but paid no corporation tax.
Abridged accounts just filed by Ritea - formerly Starbucks Coffee Company (Ireland) - show a 3pc rise in pre-tax profits to €745,707.
But gross profit fell by 17pc to €2.06m in the 12 months to the end of September 30, 2013.
