St. Peter's Cork

St Peter’s Cork is situated in the heart of Cork City, on one of the oldest streets, North Main Street. No longer a religious venue, the building is still open to the public and is a wonderful place to visit, an oasis of culture and heritage in the centre of the city. The venue can also be hired for corporate events, private receptions and even wedding ceremonies!

St Peter’s have teamed up with marvellous coffee shop Filter to create a gorgeous pop up cafe called Portafilter. Serving the best coffee and pastries in town surrounded by amazing local artist exhibitions and Cork heritage exhibitions too. Our friendly staff will be happy to show you around the venue and offer further information on the latest exhibitions and events in St Peter’s and around the city.

We are open to the public 6 days a week (Tue-Sun) with no entry fee. We invite you to pop in to enjoy our visitor centre, courtyards and cafe. There is a lovely atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating and loads of natuarl light flooding through our 18th century windows. Come in and see our secret garden and forget you are in the city centre.
