Our female only groups will meet for one hour on a Saturday twice monthly at varying locations for some fun, exercise and coffee.
In addition to the above we will provide advice on simple diet tweaks, home workouts to suit your level and offer the opportunity to meet new people in a fun focused environment.
The sustainable changes will be supported by an online forum where we will provide any support required.
