Through our confidence-building programme children are encouraged to make their own decisions to increase their sense of self-awareness and confidence in partnership with their teachers and parents/guardians and to take an active role in their learning.

Elements from High Scope, Steiner, Montessori and actively learning through play are combined with a component on learning outdoors to produce our curriculum.

Core components of our programme are pre-maths, pre-reading and writing, outdoor education, art, music and movement, time for free play and as much outdoor play as possible.

The learning programme is underpinned by the principles of Aistear, the National Curriculum framework in which actively learning through play is a central theme and the quality framework, Síolta.
