RINKA Inishowen is delighted to offer 'Bounce' and 'DramaFit' classes, parties and camps throughout the peninsula. Our classes are non-competitive and all-inclusive, inviting any child who wants to burn some energy, make new friends, develop confidence, learn new skills and have some fun to join.!!! At RINKA we offer children a place where they know they matter, they are capable and they can have fun. We provide them with a guaranteed warm welcome, a genuine smile and aim to foster in them a love of an active, creative lifestyle.

**BOUNCE....Let's Burn Energy**
Ready to have some fun and burn some energy??? Join our multi-activity 'Bounce' classes where children take part in a range of exciting and challenging games and skills each week. 'Bounce' is aimed at children aged 3-5! 'Bounce' teaches the fundamentals of fitness to children as young as 3 years in a fun, creative and energetic way. Our aim is to make sure every child leaves class with a smile on their face!
Each 'Bounce' class is made up of:
•Relays
•Movement to Music
•Games
•Races
•Ball Skills
•Obstacle Courses
•Athletic Skills
•Tumbling and Balance skills
and much more.....

**DramaFit...Energy to Create**
'DramaFit' is aimed at children aged 6+ and offers all the creative elements of a drama class combined with the high-energy dynamics of a fitness class!!
Each 'DramaFit' class is made up of:
• Speech work
• Mini plays
• Improvisation
• High energy games
• Movement
• Stretches
• Games and relays
and most importantly.....LOTS of FUN!!!

**PARTY TIME!!!**
Let us entertain your child on their big day!
With a Rinka birthday party, we take away all the stress leaving you with all the fun!
A Rinka party lasts 90mins and provides your party guests with an action-packed 60min session of games, relays, circuits dance and drama and 30mins to eat their party food.Rinka Parties can be held in your home or in a suitable public venue in your locality!!

This summer.....RINKA Camps are coming to Inishowen to allow children get to try out our Bounce and DramaFit programmes along with many other fun-filled activities, arts and crafts, singing and more! Dates COMING SOON!!!
