Resolute Heart Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation

There are 4 Phases to Cardiac Rehabilitation:
Phase I - Diagnoses & Treatment

Phase II - Referal to GP for continued treatment

Phase III - Usually Hospital based Exercise/ Nutrition/ Lifestyle/ Counselling & more

Phase IV - this is the programme that will be run by Resolute. Patients will be referred by GP or Phase III to this community based programme. It is another stepping stone to help to introduce Heart Patients back into mainstream health & fitness.
Exercise classes will be lead by fully qualified Phase IV Cardiac Rehab Exercise Instructors. Other programmes will be offered such as group support/ counselling/ meditation & more!
Social time will be allocated after each class for the group to get to know each other & just have a chat & a well deserved cuppa!
This is the only programme of its kind offered in the Clondalkin area.

Instructors are trained in CFR/ CPR & First Aid.
