I'm a fully qualified, certified, professional Pilates instructor from the Balanced Body Faculty and Pilates Performance Ireland.
I've obtained an (MA) in Health Science from NUIG where I researched Health Promotion strategies for the workplace.
Registered with the Education Training Board and in a previous career was a Solider and Fitness instructor Irish with the Irish Defence Forces.
