Rock Climbing
Ireland’s Eye is a great venue for a relaxed and different day out climbing .The climbs are steep but with good holds. Details can be found on www.climbing.ie (Irish Climbing Online). Trips can be arranged most days all year round.

Bird Watching
A boat trip to the far side of Ireland’s Eye (Bird Sanctuary) is an ideal way to observe a wide variety of sea birds, from a drifting position, particularly during the period April to August. It is possible to get much closer to a large number of birds including nesting birds than it is from land. It is one of the few places Puffins can be observed at very close quarters.
