This page is for the setting up of the Mental Health Sports & Leisure Association which will be based in Kilcock, Co. Kildare. It will be used to gather interest and to get volunteers so that the Organisation can be established sometime in the new year.

The aim is to give better promotion of sports and leisure for those affected by mental illness, these include Family members, friends, nurses and of course the person who has the illness themselves.We will also aim to give support and guidence to sports people who are suffering from a mental illness.

Along the way, we hope to open up the very first mental health sports complex which will spring board the associations attempt to modernize Ireland and how we look at mental health.

And finally we hope to develop a therapy that will work with medication and other therapy's which we see as key.
