Limerick City Build Limited

Limerick City Build Limited (hereafter LCB) is a not for profit Limited Company with a mandate to achieve a tangible Social, Economic, Physical and Environmental Dividend for Limerick City. LCB will be marrying best practice already in use in successful Regeneration projects with the particular needs of Limerick City and environs in mind. Examples of successful projects such as City Build Glasgow (formally Glasgow Regeneration), Bremerhaven Employment Company (a multi-year EU-funded labour market project for long-term unemployed) and Liverpool Docklands Regeneration are the benchmark and testament to what can be achieved by innovative forward thinking.
